Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
Breathe Easy Baby™ offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not offer automatic checkout or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

If you live outside the 48 contiguous states and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at hello@breatheeasybaby.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your order and provide a custom shipping quote.

Orders are processed and shipped via UPS or other reputable carriers.

Returns:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. To qualify for a return:

You must request a Return Authorization by contacting us at hello@breatheeasybaby.com within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
All returns must be shipped via UPS.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee (calculated from the original purchase price) will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, the sleep surface is not returnable.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
